Overseas Engineers’ Training at DIRUI Headquarter (July 2024)

In order to further improve DIRUI’s global service capabilities and customer experience, from 15th to 25th July, DIRUI after-sales service teams from India, Russia, Asia-Pacific and the Americas were invited to DIRUI headquarter in Changchun to attend the training.

Empowering growth and vision sharing

At the opening ceremony, DIRUI senior executives emphasized the significance and impact of the training and expressed their expectations and encouragement to the trainees. Niu Dandan, Vice President of DIRUI and General Manager of the International Marketing Centre, delivered a welcome speech, Zhang Liping, Chairman of the Labor Union, gave a presentation on the working mechanism of DIRUI's labor union, and Jin Gangfeng, General Manager of the Marketing Department of the International Marketing Centre, made an introduction of DIRUI's “14th Five-Year” strategic plan.

The two-week training covers product knowledge, technical skills, customer service concepts and other aspects, aiming to comprehensively improve the professionalism and service capabilities of overseas engineers. Through systematic learning and practice, the trainees will be able to better understand customer needs, provide more accurate and efficient services.
